Revelatio from the renowned producer Davino is one of the distinctive white wines of Dealu Mare. The blend is dominated by approximately 90% Sauvignon Blanc, complemented by Feteasca Alba, which adds finesse and balance. The grapes are carefully selected from the best-exposed parcels and harvested exclusively at night in order to avoid thermal shock, preserve aromatic freshness and reduce the risk of premature oxidation.
Fermentation takes place in wooden vats, contributing subtle notes of vanilla and spice. The wine then remains on fine lees in the same vessels, gaining additional texture, depth and complexity. The combination of traditional methods and modern winemaking techniques gives Revelatio its distinctive personality and elegance - a wine that reflects both the terroir of Dealu Mare and Davino's precise approach to winemaking.
