This premium white wine from Davino is a balanced blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Feteasca Alba and Welschriesling, sourced from the producer's vineyards in the Dealu Mare vineyard. The wine combines varietal freshness with the complexity developed through barrel fermentation and ageing on fine lees.
The three grape varieties are vinified separately in order to preserve their individual aromatic character. The must is obtained entirely by direct pressing, allowing for a gentle extraction and helping maintain purity, freshness and varietal expression.
Fermentation in wooden barrels and subsequent ageing on fine lees add texture, depth and subtle complexity while preserving the wine's vibrant fruit and mineral character.
