S.E.R.V.E. (Societatea Euro Romana de Vinuri de Exceptie) was founded in 1994 by Count Guy de Poix, a French wine visionary who believed in the exceptional potential of Dealu Mare. As one of Romania's first private wineries after 1989, S.E.R.V.E. became a pioneer of the country's modern premium wine industry.
Today, the estate cultivates around 65 hectares in Ceptura, producing terroir-driven wines under renowned labels such as Terra Romana, Milenium and Cuvee Guy de Poix. Built on three decades of winemaking experience, S.E.R.V.E. continues to express Dealu Mare through wines defined by balance, character and finesse.
