S.E.R.V.E. (Societatea Euro Romana de Vinuri de Exceptie) was founded in 1994 by Count Guy de Poix — a French nobleman and wine visionary who believed that Romania’s Dealu Mare region could rival the best terroirs of Europe. As one of the very first private wineries after the Revolution, S.E.R.V.E. became a benchmark for elegance, innovation, and dedication to quality.

The winery owns around 65 hectares of vineyards in Ceptura and adopts a philosophy rooted in precision and respect for nature. It produces both iconic cuvees and fresh varietal wines under the well-known labels Terra Romana, Milenium, and Cuvee Guy de Poix. From Feteasca Neagra to Chardonnay and Merlot, every wine bears the hallmark of character and finesse.

S.E.R.V.E. has set the standard for premium Romanian wine — crafting bottles that reflect origin, story, and the passion of generations. With oenologist Aurel Rotarescu at the helm, the legacy continues to evolve gracefully.
