Crama Delta-Dunarii - La Sapata Four passionate Italians, true wine artisans - Roberto Pieroni, Roberto & Emma Di Fillippo, and Andrea Pesaresi - planted the seed for Delta Dunării Winery. Their investment, of exceptional beauty and grandeur, materialized into hundreds of thousands of euros. The 25 hectares of vineyards and the 300-square-meter winemaking complex unfold their tale in the commune of Somova, at the border of the Biosphere Reserve of the Danube Delta. These new travelers in the world of wine, who have adopted Romania as their second home, passionately embrace the concept of ecological agriculture. They diligently blend modern technology with the traditions of this ancestral place, aspiring to offer the world wines that speak of authenticity and quality.
