Domeniul Aristitei is a boutique family-owned winery in Valea Calugareasca, in the heart of Dealu Mare. The estate combines traditional winemaking values with modern precision, focusing on wines that reflect the character and richness of this renowned Romanian terroir.

Across 25 hectares of carefully managed vineyards, Domeniul Aristitei cultivates both red and white varieties, including Feteasca Neagra, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc and Feteasca Alba. Selective harvesting and a low-intervention approach help preserve purity of fruit and varietal identity.
