Beyond being the sole sparkling wine crafted from the unique grape variety Francusa, this wine showcases an exceptional oenological accomplishment. It's a brut sparkling wine, crafted through natural fermentation in the bottle and matured on lees for an impressive 61 months. This limited-edition production consists of only 4,877 bottles. Adding to the charm of this wine is its label, a reproduction of a masterpiece by the renowned contemporary Romanian artist Sorin Ilfoveanu.
This sparkling wine imparts a delicate bouquet of wildflowers, ripe white fruits, and bread.
Rich flavors of well-ripened black fruits, prune jam, dark chocolate, and caramel, leading to a long, vanilla-infused aftertaste with hints of tobacco.
