1000 Chipuri Winery

1000 de Chipuri is a craft winery based in the heart of the Carpathians, at the foothills of the Bucegi Mountains. Named after the idea that every vineyard, grape, and person has a different face, the winery celebrates diversity, authenticity, and the art of minimal intervention winemaking.

The vineyards stretch across the Dealu Mare region, with plots in Tohani and Valea Calugareasca, covering around 35 hectares. The focus is on small-batch vinification, with separate micro-vinifications for each parcel and variety — from Feteasca Neagra and Merlot to Syrah, Chardonnay, and even rarer grapes like Tamaiioasa Romaneasca.

The wines are unfiltered, pure, and expressive — revealing not only the terroir but the personality of each vintage. At 1000 de Chipuri, no bottle is identical, but all reflect a shared vision: to craft wines with soul, stories, and unmistakable identity.
