Part of a collection created for those who constantly seek new horizons, Rasova Sur Mer Cuvee Red is a masterful blend that unites the splendid aromas of perfectly complementary grape varieties, brought to full ripeness in the Rasova vineyards.

Each grape is hand-harvested at full maturity and vinified separately to preserve its pure character. The wines are then aged for 12 months in oak barrels, before being blended into a cuvΓ©e of depth and complexity. An additional 6 months of bottle aging follows, ensuring refinement and elegance that delight even the most discerning wine enthusiasts.

To fully enjoy its depth and character, serve Rasova Sur Mer Cuvee Red at 12–15Β°C, paired with premium beef, duck, or lamb dishes, or with a fine selection of aged cheeses.

Seductive waves of blackcurrants and sour cherries, with touches of cranberry and pomegranate, all wrapped in enticing hints of chocolate, vanilla, aromatic herbs, and a whisper of exotic spices.

When you Taste

A rich and captivating aromatic structure, where wild berries, blackcurrants, pomegranate, and blackberries intertwine with elegant notes of vanilla and dark chocolate. Subtle mineral and herbal undertones enhance the depth. On the palate, the wine is bold and intense, with vibrant red fruit acidity and firm tannins that provide both energy and length.
