Lacerta Winery

Lacerta Winery is located in the heart of Dealu Mare, Romania’s premium wine-growing region, on the sun-kissed hills of Fintesti. With 82 hectares of vineyards, Lacerta has become a symbol of elegance, innovation, and consistency in Romanian winemaking. The winery’s architecture, designed by Tyrolean architects, is a destination in itself, welcoming visitors to guided tastings and scenic views. Wines are matured in carefully selected oak barrels from France, USA, Hungary, Russia, and Romania, enhancing both structure and aromatic complexity.

The portfolio includes several lines: LacertA, Cameleon, Limited Edition, and Vintage Collection – showcasing both native and international varieties grown on calcareous-clay soils. The cellar combines traditional know-how with state-of-the-art technology.

Winemaking is led by Mihai Banita and Mihaela Oprea, who bring depth and balance to each wine.
